Week 27 (part 2) roundup – R&R near Brecon, Wales

As mentioned, the mental load of this journey is far larger than the physical, and every few weeks I feel so tired that I don’t feel refreshed even after a couple of days off. So I spent 10 days relaxing near Brecon and only had 2 short strolls.

Week 27 (part 1) roundup – Watchet to Nether Stowey

The mental load of this journey is far larger than the physical, and every few weeks I feel so tired that I don’t feel refreshed even after a couple of days off. I was nearing this stage but brought my break forward due to a coccyx injury I sustained falling in rocks during the Lynmouth to Porlock leg at the end of March. Consequently, week 27 was a short week.
